How long does production take?
Most catalog items are 3–6 business days after approval. Rush is offered on eligible products.
Do I have to approve a proof?
Only when the product is marked as proof-required. Simple mugs and keychains can go straight to production.
What files do you accept?
PNG, JPG, SVG, and PDF. We warn you in the editor if resolution is low or type is tiny.
Can you match an Etsy listing?
Etsy sync is Coming Soon. Send a reference photo on a custom project instead.
How does pickup work?
We text a 15-minute window. The piece is kraft-wrapped with a job card. Street parking is on the side lot.
How do I care for a printed shirt?
Wash inside-out, cold, hang dry. DTF and HTV both last longer off the dryer drum.
